Energetic, organized, responsive and reliable – these may be simple words, but I embody them to a T (or rather, a J!). Coming from a background in customer service/satisfaction and project management, my focus on predictable outcomes, collaboration and coordination serves me well as I work with our customers and internal teams to help identify and implement best fit solutions for our client’s technology success. Regardless of the project, I have one goal in mind above all else: find the best-case scenario and deliver on it!

Fun Fact: As a side gig, my wife, April, and I rescue and foster pug and pug-mix pups. Over the last 13 years, we have rescued and found forever-homes for 30+ dogs and counting. There’s never a dull moment in our house!
