Your Role & Responsibilities:
- Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact (with provided leads) to contract negotiation and closing.
- Travel throughout the assigned territory to meet with prospective and existing clients face-to-face.
- Become a trusted expert on our products/services, conducting compelling presentations and product demonstrations.
- Consistently meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales quotas.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in our CRM.
What We’re Looking For (The Must-Haves):
- 2+ years of proven success in an outside sales or B2B sales role.
- A verifiable track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- The “hunter” mentality, with exceptional closing skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and manage your own territory.
- A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
