We work with the same individuals; we have business relationships with the same teams, and it’s important because when we call in, we’re not starting from scratch. They know our company, they know our portfolio, they know our product line.

Our management team would require that we do all of our Shoretel upgrades at night and make our support vendor come on-site because it was a new technology and we weren’t 100% comfortable with it yet. Even though our solutions engineer could’ve done this remotely from their home office, he would come down here at 5pm and we’d spend the night in the office upgrading our systems. The fact that they put that level of effort into making sure that we felt comfortable and well-supported—I think that says everything you need to say about TAG Solutions.
