If issues do arise, we work to resolve them as quickly as possible, but with guaranteed outcomes, those moments of downtime should be eliminated.

Processes and Procedures
We have very specific processes and roadmaps that guide every aspect of our organization. We perform a 700-point inspection at every customer location and use that data to develop a technology plan to fits every customer’s needs. Our TAM will make recommendations to bring all aspects of our customer’s IT infrastructure up to date, reliable, and secure.
We also offer a strategic partnership not only through our TAM, but by giving our vCIO a seat at the table. Most SMB cannot afford to hire a full-time vCIO, but there is still a need for one to create and implement strategic roadmaps and plans for 1/3/5 years down the road. We want to make sure our customers aren’t just set up for success right now, but that they are set up with technology that will continue to grow with their business.
